excessive noise small room
The location was central, so that was convenient.
The room assigned to me was quite small. The noise from adjacent rooms was excessive. I could hear conversations and other disturbances clearly, this was disruptive.

the hotel is located perfectly close to the main piazza! i found a convenient grocery store next door and that really helped. the staff was super helpful and the breakfast was excellent. i loved how clean the hotel was!
i did notice a slight perfume smell in the lobby, it wasn't too bad though

central location friendly staff delicious breakfast tiny room small bathroom street noise
the location was really central i could easily walk everywhere. the staff were always friendly. i especially liked the included breakfast it had great coffee.
the room i had was tiny and the bathroom was also small. there wasn't much soundproofing you could hear everything. noise from the street was sometimes bothersome.

perfect location great selection helpful staff
the location was just perfect, seriously! it's super close to everything like public transport and yummy restaurants. breakfast had a GREAT selection and tasted so good!!! the staff, especially the breakfast team and rosie, were so helpful. rosie always helped with a smile!
the shower drain needed declogging. the water overflowed, so i had to remove hair. i wish this was checked more often.
